On election night, November 4, 2008,
Charlotte was joined at the Oregon
Convention Center by Jim Bernard, Lynn
Peterson, and Sheriff Craig Robertson to
celebrate a successful campaign season for
Charlotte, Jim, Lynn, Craig, Martha, and for
the new Clackamas County Library District
and the Extension Service District. It
was a great night for Clackamas County!
Thank you to everyone who has helped us in so many ways throughout this long year of campaigning. We have had more house parties and fundraisers than we can recall, numerous phone banks, door-to-door canvassing, and of course lots of campaign signs in lots of yards. We have begun to pick up campaign signs already, but we are bound to miss a few. Please feel free to pick up any signs you see that are still up and either drop them by the house at 29786 SW Lehan Court, or give us a call at 503-682-0901 and we will schedule a pick-up. Official swearing-in for the Clackamas County Commission doesn't happen until January 5th in Oregon City, but everyone is invited to join us if you are available.
